Steve is a Brisbane based personal trainer. Sports and exercise has been a vital part of Steve's life since early childhood. From a young age he has been involved in all things physical be it basketball, swimming, athletics, rugby, football, volleyball, for all of which he has competed in successfully at school level. As sport and fitness has played such a huge and rewarding role in his life, Steve wanted to share it with others… leading him to a Master Personal Trainer course at the Australian Institute of Fitness. He graduated in 2003. Since then, Steve has trained numerous individuals, specializing in the health and fitness of young people. He’s other strengths are proven in the results that he has achieved for women wanting to lose weight and get back into shape after childbirth.
I have come from a very dedicated, sports background which involves very intense, hard work. I live by my beliefs and that is to live healthy, eat healthy, be healthy... that it is all about everyday lifestyle – not crash dieting or diehard training. I assess my client’s fitness levels and design programs to suit their individual needs basing the intensity on their skill level, however expect 110% effort in every case!Consistency is key, but changing the programs regularly is also important to keep the sessions interesting, FUN and motivating!
